About Me

My name is Kate Musiol.
I am a qualified psychologist with a master’s degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland and a postgraduate MA in the Art of Gestalt Psychotherapy. My main approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy, which emphasizes awareness, authenticity, and personal growth. I also draw from other perspectives, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and schema therapy, to best support each individual’s needs.
I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, offering a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and find new ways to navigate life’s challenges.
