My name is Kate Musiol.

I am a qualified psychologist with a master’s degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland and a postgraduate MA in the Art of Gestalt Psychotherapy. My main approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy, which emphasizes awareness, authenticity, and personal growth. I also draw from other perspectives, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and schema therapy, to best support each individual’s needs.
