My name is Kate Musiol.

I am a qualified psychologist with a Master’s degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland and a postgraduate MA in the Art of Gestalt Psychotherapy from SETU In Ireland. My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy, which encourages greater self-awareness, authenticity, and personal growth. I also draw on psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural (CBT), and schema therapy approaches, adapting my work to meet each person’s individual needs.

I offer a warm, confidential, and supportive space where you can openly explore whatever feels difficult right now. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, addiction, or other personal challenges, therapy can help you gain greater understanding, develop new perspectives, and move towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Whatever brings you to therapy, you do not have to face it alone. Together, we can work towards a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you from living the life you want.
